ApexDevz Digital is the product line of ApexDevz, a software studio building web systems and automation. Same people, same standards, sold as finished files instead of billed as project work.
Almost every finance template does the same job. You type numbers into cells, and it adds them up. That is bookkeeping. It tells you what already happened, accurately, and then leaves the hard part entirely to you.
The hard part is what to do next. Three jobs came in under quote, so is the month still profitable, and if not, what do the remaining jobs have to bill? A normal template shows you a gap and stops. You are left doing arithmetic in your head at exactly the moment you are least inclined to.
That gap is the whole reason these workbooks exist. They are engineered to do the analysis a template refuses to attempt, and to show their working while they do it, so you can check the answer rather than trust it.
A number you cannot check is a number you have to trust. Every calculation that changes your plan shows how it got there, in the sheet, before anything is rewritten.
No subscription, no account to keep, no app between you and your own numbers. The workbook sits in your Drive and keeps working whether or not this site does.
If a plan is no longer reachable, the workbook says so rather than quietly setting a target you will never hit. Tools that flatter you are not much use.
The script reads and edits the one spreadsheet you copied. There is no server collecting your finances, because there is no server at all.
Support goes to a person, not a ticket queue. If a workbook will not build, if a number looks wrong, or if you want reporting engineered around your own accounts, the support page is the way in. If the question is which manual process to remove first, start with the automation audit.
