Within 14 days of purchase, you get a full refund if the workbook will not build and support cannot get it working, if it does not do something this site said it does, or if you were charged twice.
Try support first, but that is a suggestion rather than a condition. Most setup problems are the reload step or the Google permissions screen, and both are fixed in minutes. If you would rather just have the money back, say so and that is fine.
Refunds are not given because you bought it for Excel. That the automation only runs in Google Sheets is stated on the product page, on How it works and in the terms, in plain words, before you pay. It is the one requirement worth reading twice.
They are also not given for changing your mind after copying and using the workbook for a while, or where there is evidence the file has been redistributed.
Use the support page, choose Refund or billing, and include the email address you paid with. No form letter, no reason required beyond enough detail to find the order.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. How long the money takes to appear is up to your bank and the payment processor, not us, and it is usually a few working days.
The licence ends, and you should delete your copy of the workbook. There is no way to reach into your Drive to remove it, so this one runs on trust.
Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live. Where local law gives you more than this policy does, local law wins.
