A licence to use a digital spreadsheet workbook, delivered as a link and a setup manual. You are not buying software that is hosted for you, and there is no ongoing service attached to the purchase. Once the workbook is in your Google Drive it is a file you control.
You get a personal, non exclusive, non transferable licence to use the workbook. You may copy it for your own use, adapt it, and keep using it indefinitely. A business licence covers use inside one business.
You may not resell it, redistribute it, publish it, share the file or the purchase link publicly, or offer it as part of another product. The underlying design and script remain the property of ApexDevz.
The workbooks run on Google Sheets and require a Google account. The automation is Google Apps Script and does not run in Microsoft Excel. Running the build command needs a desktop browser, though day to day use works on mobile. These requirements are stated before purchase, on the product page and on How it works, because they are the most common reason a purchase turns out to be wrong for someone.
Delivery is immediate and digital. You receive access to the workbook link and the setup manual on completing payment. If delivery fails for any reason, contact support and it will be sorted or refunded.
These are planning tools, not financial advice. They perform arithmetic on numbers you enter. They do not know your circumstances, they are not regulated financial products, and nothing they output is a recommendation. Decisions about your money remain yours, and if you need advice you should speak to a qualified adviser.
The workbooks are built carefully and their calculations are shown rather than hidden, so you can check them. They are still provided as they are. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the workbook. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law in your country.
The workbooks run inside Google Sheets, which is operated by Google under its own terms. Payments are handled by a third party payment processor. Changes those companies make to their own services are outside our control.
These terms may be updated. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published at the time you bought. Changes are not applied backwards.
Questions about these terms go through the support page, and a person will answer.
